2) What’s included & price

• Each session type (Maternity, Newborn, Smash the Cake, Family, Couples, For Her, Business Branding, or seasonal minis) has its own package details, inclusions, and pricing.
• Standard packages usually include a set number of professionally edited digital images, with optional add-ons such as extra digitals and professional prints.
• Exact prices and inclusions are provided during enquiry and confirmed in writing before booking.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (the amount varies depending on the session type).

Special note – Christmas Minis

• Session length: 25 minutes in studio.
• Family size: up to 5 people (see §7 for larger groups).
• Deliverables: 5 professionally edited digital images + digital Christmas card.
• Optional add-ons: extra digitals and professional prints.
• Price: £99.
• Deposit: £29 payable at booking; balance due on the session day.
• Payment methods: balance may be paid in advance or on the day (cash or bank transfer).

3) Booking & deposit

• Christmas Minis: bookings are made online. Your slot is confirmed once the £29 deposit is received.
• All other sessions: bookings are arranged directly with the photographer (via contact form, WhatsApp, or email). The deposit amount and payment instructions will be confirmed in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable, except if the photographer cancels, in which case you may choose a reschedule or a refund.

4) Balance & payments

• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.
• Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer.

5) Arrival & lateness

• Please arrive on time. For mini sessions (including Christmas), slots are scheduled closely together with limited flexibility.
• If you are late, please call. We will try to fit you into the nearest available slot, but late arrival may shorten your session.

6) Rescheduling & cancellations

• One reschedule is allowed free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Changes requested less than 48 hours before the session may result in your deposit being forfeited.
• If the photographer cancels, you will be offered a new date or a refund of your deposit.

7) Group size & upgrades

• Standard packages cover up to 5 family members.
• For larger groups (e.g. grandparents, cousins), please contact us directly. A customised package will be offered.

8) Delivery timeline

• Proof gallery is usually delivered within 48 hours after the session.
• Final edited digital images are delivered within 1 week of your selection via digital download.
• Prints (if ordered) are typically delivered within 10 days.

9) Additional images & prints

• Extra digitals and professional prints can be purchased separately (pricing provided after the session).

10) Editing & retouching

• Images are delivered in the photographer’s signature edited style.
• RAW/unedited files are not provided.
• Additional retouch requests may incur an extra fee.

11) Usage rights (licence)

• You are granted a personal licence: you may download, share with family/friends, and make personal prints.
• Not permitted: commercial use, competitions, resale, or use without written permission.

12) Model release & portfolio use

• We may request to showcase selected images on our website or social media (portfolio).
• Consent will be requested at booking (opt-in).
• If you do not give consent, your images will not be used publicly.

13) Children, safety & studio rules

• Children must remain under parental/guardian supervision at all times.
• Please respect studio rules, props, and sets for safety reasons.

14) Health & force majeure

• If you or your child are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible – we will arrange a reschedule where possible.
• In case of illness, accidents, or events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather), we reserve the right to reschedule the session.

15) Vouchers & gifts

• Gift vouchers (if offered) are valid until the date shown on the voucher.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash (except as required by law).

16) Complaints

• If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gallery or products. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

17) Data protection

• Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy (see website footer). This includes handling your booking, communication, and product delivery.

18) Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

19) Updates to these terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions. The version valid at the time of your booking will apply.
